Privacy notice

Short version. We keep what you send us so we can answer you, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site. That is your name, your email address, optionally a phone number, and whatever you tell us about the machine you want. We do not ask for card details anywhere on the website.

Why we keep it

To reply to your enquiry, to quote for a build, and to honour the warranty on a machine we have built. If you buy from us we keep the build specification so we know exactly what is in your machine when you come back.

How long

Enquiries that do not turn into an order are deleted after twelve months. Records for a machine we built are kept for the life of the warranty plus one year, then deleted.

Who else sees it

Nobody. We do not sell, rent or share your details, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie, and only when you submit a form. It keeps your session secure while the form is being sent. There is no analytics cookie and no advertising cookie.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page and we will action it within one month. If you are not happy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
